Working with regional and local food sponsors and the Reggie Lewis Center, The BIG BENefit Food Giveaway will help 84 families in the Boston Metro area. Through a selection process, families can apply at local food banks and shelters to receive this help and participate in the Giveaway offered by New England Patriots' Benjamin Watson, his wife Kirsten, and their foundation One More. Selected families will receive coolers stocked with food, beverages, coupons and gift certificates donated by local and regional sponsors. Teammates of Benjamin will also be present to speak and give out raffle prizes. The BIG BENefit Food Giveaway is an event that supports the Watson's mission to spread the love and hope of Christ to One More soul by meeting real needs, promoting education and providing enrichment opportunities through charitable initiative and partnerships.

The 2nd BIG BENefit Kick-off Weekend Food Giveaway will be held Saturday, September 12th.
