The 1st BIG BENefit Kick-off Weekend Food Giveaway was held on September 5th, 2008 at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center.
Greater Boston families were selected through an application process. Applications and drop boxes for the applications were available for individuals at local Boston Shelters and food-banks.
